I first discovered Minh’s in Collingwood, and I couldn’t be happier that they’ve come to my home town. Delicious food and wonderful service. An adorable vibe and I’m always happy to support this restaurant!!!!

I wanted to love Minh’s! Pad Thai was dry (not enough sauce and absolutely no spice) overall lacking flavour and chicken was very tough and chewy. Might have to try other items before I can make a final call. Service was quick, price and staff was friendly.

Wonderful authentic tasting Vietnamese Pho. Pad Thai was also amazing and great portions.
