Delicious pad thai!

Ordered take out pad tai. Noodles were a little dry. Chicken and vegetables were good. Not the best pad tai we have had.

Nice to have another Asian restaurant to enjoy! Had take-away and everything was nicely packaged and the food was very good. Will come back and enjoy other dishes.

This location (I've eaten at Collingwood and it was very good) didn't have an item for my order for the second time in a row (to be fair, last week there no food at all, this week, only one item couldn't be made). Also, I was given the order at pick-up but it didn't have one item and I had to go back and ask about it. The food was fine, but not at the same high standard as the Collingwood location. It is nice to have Minh's in Midland and I hope they get the purchasing and fulfillment processes sorted out soon. I will be back, but will wait a bit for them to get things together.

Minh’s is one of those places that truly stands out. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and valued. The food is outstanding — fresh, full of flavour, and clearly made with care. The pho is especially impressive, with a rich, well-balanced broth and high-quality ingredients. The service is friendly, polished, and consistent, and the overall atmosphere makes you want to come back again. Minh’s is a wonderful addition to the community and absolutely worth visiting.
Highly recommended!!!

I ordered the chicken pad Thai and paid $21 not including tax. I received a bowl with not very much food inside. I was still hungry after. There was a decent amount of chicken however it was very dry.
