pho soup was tasty and plentiful, Pad Thai was awesome

Terrible fresh rolls. Nothing authentic about them.
They were just rice paper with little poor quality shrimp that’s it… and straight hoisin sauce to dip. Do not order.

I really don’t understand how you can put something on a menu that is so simple to make and mess it up that badly.

To correct I would put some “fresh” green lettuce shrimp that didn’t look like it came from a cheap little frozen store bought shrimp ring, add some carrot, cabbage, mint or Thai basil and if you want to go the extra mile some pork… they would then serve it with a proper peanut sauce! Bam that would be delicious.
