I am normally very happy with what I've ordered from Minh's. However, the fresh shrimp rolls were not as fresh as usual, rusty lettuce and barely any herbs. The shrimp tempura was also not tempura battered, just small panko battered shrimp.

Ordered the Pork Belly Banh Mi for the 3rd or 4th time and asked that they ramp it up this time to VERY, VERY, VERY, SPICY, got a call back from a laughing staff member asking if I was sure and I responded, "do you need a signed waiver"? All in good fun, as a complete chili head it was a step in the right direction and in all seriousness, GREAT FOOD, GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT ATMOSPHERE!!!

The portion size was humungous! Stellar meal. Worth the money 100%. We had the vermicelli noodle with pork. Great big chunks of meat. Neither of us could finish our portions. Lunch for tomorrow!

Had the Pho, wasn't the best I've ever had. The gentleman that served us was talking to someone through his air pods the entire time he was packing up our take out orders. The fountain in the front with water has things growing in the water that are white, probably would be good if that gets cleaned soon.

Great, fresh food. The chicken Bahn Mi was exceptional and the pho cured a cold I was nursing. Very clean store and friendly staff.

Food was good. The only issue was I asked for "no peanuts" but it was still in my food.

This was take-out Pho....so it probably would have been great in the restaurant. It was a very healthy serving and flavourful.
